TPCC president and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud alleged that the Centre had turned education into a business and failed to protect students from recurring examination paper leaks.

Addressing the ‘Chatronki Goonj’ programme at Bowenpally, he said leaks in national-level examinations, including NEET, had shaken the confidence of students and parents. He demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him morally responsible for the lapses.

Mr. Goud said the ‘Chatronki Goonj’ campaign, launched by Lok Sabha Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, aimed to protect students’ rights and press the Centre to address their concerns. He called for greater transparency and accountability in the conduct of examinations and urged students and youth to support the movement.

Government Whip Balmoor Venkat, MLA Sri Ganesh, former Union Minister Venugopala Chary, Congress leaders, students and youth participated.
