Twisha Sharma Death Case:
The CBI team is busy solving the mystery of Twisha Sharma’s death. Meanwhile, important news has emerged regarding the case. The AIIMS medical board has submitted an 11-page forensic and medical report related to the case to the central investigating agency. According to sources, this report, given to the CBI in a sealed envelope, contains several shocking scientific revelations regarding the cause of death.

Twisha Sharma was found hanging at her in-laws’ home in Bhopal on May 12. Following a court order, a second postmortem was conducted by a medical board from AIIMS, Delhi, into her suspicious death.

AIIMS Delhi submitted its report to CBI

According to reports, the AIIMS laboratory and histopathological investigations have been completed. The most significant finding from this investigation is that skin tissue has been found on the alleged gymnastic belt (ligature material) used in the incident.

Forensic tests revealed that the skin tissue found on the belt was identical to the marks found on Twisha’s neck and body. This precise match has become a significant scientific evidence for the investigating agency.

Officials shared another important information in the case, stating that the gymnastic belt used in the incident also had a metal ring attached to it. The medical board has also thoroughly examined the angle of this metal ring and the possible injuries it may have caused.

The second postmortem was conducted after questions from the family.

It’s worth noting that Twisha Sharma’s family raised serious questions about the initial postmortem report. The family alleged that not showing the gymnastics belt to doctors at the time of the postmortem was a major oversight. Bhopal police also admitted that the forensic team had seized the belt, but it couldn’t be transported to the hospital in time. The absence of the belt prevented doctors from matching the marks on her neck with its shape and metal ring

In December 2025, Twisha Sharma, a resident of Noida, married advocate Samarth Singh. Within six months of their marriage, Twisha was found hanging at her in-laws’ home on May 12th. Initially, the police considered it a suicide, but Twisha’s family alleged that she was being abused by her in-laws and that the circumstances of her death were highly suspicious.

Samarth and Giribala are in judicial custody

An FIR was filed against Twisha’s husband, Samarth Singh, and her mother-in-law, Giribala Singh. Both are currently in judicial custody. Following a Supreme Court order, the case was transferred to the CBI.
