In a heartbreaking incident from Betul, Madhya Pradesh, a pet dog named Duggu couldn’t bear the loss of his owner. After staying by his owner’s side, following the funeral procession, and circling the funeral pyre, Duggu passed away shortly after the cremation.
According to the family, Duggu had been with them for nearly 15 years. He would only eat from his owner’s hand and was so deeply attached that he often fell ill whenever his owner was sick.
The family gave Duggu a respectful farewell alongside his owner, leaving everyone present emotional.
